• Joining our apps waitlist: your name, work email, the apps that interest you and whether you’d like to join a focus group.
• Scheduling a conversation or demo: the details you enter when booking through our scheduling service, zcal, including your answers to its questions.
• Applying to be a design partner: your name, email, optional company, the files you upload and any message you include, sent through our file-sharing service, Egnyte.
• Emailing us: anything you include when you write to connect@thecorporatevine.com.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider, Netlify, may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running. Some pages include content from other services, such as an embedded video from Synthesia and fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive similar technical information when the page loads.

How we use your information

• To respond to your messages and prepare for conversations you schedule
• To review design partner applications and follow up about projects that fit
• To let you know when new apps are available and, if you opt in, invite you to a focus group
• To keep the website secure and working well

Emails from us

If you join our waitlist, we’ll only email you about app updates and, if you opted in, focus group invitations. You can stop these emails at any time by replying to any message or writing to corpvine@thecorporatevine.com.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, including Netlify, zcal, Egnyte, Synthesia and Google. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Email corpvine@thecorporatevine.com, and we’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
