CorpVine app terms
The terms for using our apps and credits.
Effective: November 8, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms are an agreement between The Corporate Vine LLC (“CorpVine,” “we,” “us”) and the company that holds a CorpVine app account (“you”). They cover The Vine and every CorpVine app you use through it, such as The Navigator, and the credits you use in them. By creating an account, starting a trial or buying credits, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.
2. Your account
- Your account belongs to your company. The account owner invites people, removes them and decides who can buy credits.
- Everyone on the account uses their own sign-in. Please don’t share sign-ins, and keep passwords private.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at corpvine@thecorporatevine.com if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
3. Credits
- What they are: credits are how you use CorpVine’s apps. Each app shows what it uses. In The Navigator, each new Blueprint uses 1 credit, on either path, and revisions are free.
- Shared by your company: credits belong to your company account and are shared by everyone on it. They can’t be moved to another company or account.
- Buying credits: people your account owner allows can buy credits in The Vine, by card at checkout or by requesting an invoice. Credits are added once payment is received. Prices are shown before you buy and may change, but never for credits you’ve already bought.
- Paid credits never expire while your account is open.
- Free trial credits may expire 30 days after your trial starts. We’ll email you before they do.
- Credits have no cash value and aren’t a deposit or a stored-value card.
4. Refunds
Credit purchases are final, and we don’t give cash refunds. If you have unused paid credits you no longer need, ask us and we’ll apply the price you paid for them toward other CorpVine services, such as custom training or DiSC. Free and trial credits can’t be applied this way. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
5. Your content
What you put into the apps (your answers, notes, files, logo, brand details and culture) stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to run the apps for you, keep your work saved, and support you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please only add content you have the right to share, and don’t add sensitive personal information about employees or customers that the apps don’t need.
6. AI-generated work
CorpVine’s apps use artificial intelligence, guided by CorpVine’s methods, to create recommendations such as Blueprints and Impact Plans. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Treat what the apps create as a strong starting point: review it, adjust it for your people, and check anything factual, legal or safety-related before you use it. You decide what to use and how.
7. Who owns what
- Your work: the Blueprints, plans and downloads made for your company are yours to use, change and share inside your organization.
- Our apps and methods: CorpVine keeps ownership of its apps, the CVINE Model, its frameworks, templates and other existing content. Where those appear in your work, you may use them as part of that work, but not to build or sell a competing product, course or service.
- Feedback: if you share ideas to improve our apps, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Fair use of the apps
Please don’t:
- share sign-ins, or let people outside your company use your account;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the apps or their content;
- use the apps to build a competing app, or for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
- try to get around credits, security or limits.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.
9. Changes to the apps
We keep improving our apps, so features may change, and new apps will be added. We’ll aim to give notice of big changes and of planned downtime. If we ever retire an app, any unused paid credits still work in our other apps, or we’ll apply their value toward CorpVine services.
10. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can close or pause it if these terms are broken, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason. If we close it for a reason other than a breach, we’ll apply the value of your unused paid credits toward CorpVine services or refund it. Please download any work you want to keep before your account closes.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The apps are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep them accurate and available but can’t promise they’ll be error-free or always online, or that any training will produce a particular result. To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Disputes
Georgia law governs these terms. If a dispute can’t be resolved by talking it through, it will be settled by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. Each side pays its own attorneys’ fees, and arbitration fees are split equally. Either side may still ask a court for an urgent order, for example to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version with its effective date and tell account owners about important changes by email or in The Vine. Continuing to use the apps after that means you accept the update.
